Anthrocon 2010

Anthrocon 2010 will be the 14th annual Anthrocon furry convention. It will be held on the weekend of June 24th to 27th, 2010, at the Westin Hotel and David L. Lawrence Convention Center in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The theme will be "Modern Stone-Age Furries".

One notable [possible] change for 2010, as Uncle Kage announced during the Anthrocon 2009 closing ceremonies that, pending approval by Anthrocon's board of directors, registration prices may be upped $10 to cover increasingly pricey expenses and also a shuttle; The shuttle will run from the Westin to distant hotels to help attendees get to the convention center without having to walk a fair distance away. Also, unlike years past, hotel reservations will not be available until February 2010. This was made at the request of many furries based on feedback from years prior.

The Guest of Honor will be James Gurney, author of the Dinotopia book series.
